Mr. Pill had been invited to Russia by EDELWEISS / FILTERMATERIALS in order to optimise their filter paper machine with respect to improvement of paper quality and machine efficiency. Various inspections and bottle neck studies were carried out within a few days and thanks to the professional and excellent support of the customer's staff a number of measures for technology and quality improvements were agreed and carried out.

As a result the production process was optimised significantly and the production capacity ways increased by app. 30 %. An important base for this outstanding success was the training of the production staff with respect to the theories and science of filter paper making, carried out by Mr. Pill during this stay.

Due to the extremely positive result of PILL'S consulting activities, an extension of the services on the Russian and Chinese market is planned.
