The manufacturer of wet-lay machines for the production of special papers and wet-laid non-woven, PILL NASSVLIESTECHNIK GmbH, located at Reutlingen/Germany, has signed an exclusive licence contract with the Chinese machine building company SHANGHAI QING LIANG PAPER MACHINERY FACTORY, Shanghai/People's Republic of China. On January 8th, 2004, both companies signed in Shanghai the respective contract about the exclusive rights for the manufacture and sale of inclined wire machines as per design and Know-how of PILL NASSVLIESTECHNIK for the territory of the People's Republic of China. The fast growing demand in modern wet-lay technology in China forms an excellent basis for the successful execution of this latest German-Chinese co-operation. SHANGHAI QINGLIANG has got modern design and manufacturing facilities in the North-West of the Chinese business metropolis Shanghai and has build up a good image as future- and quality-minded manufacturer of machines and plants for the Chinese pulp and paper industry. For the establishing and negotiation of this licence contract the German consulting company PROSERV INTERNATIONAL GmbH, Nideggen was responsible.
